Our Story

Back in 2020, at a time when the world was learning to keep its distance, Natasha created NJ Assistance and set out to keep businesses connected throughout the uncertainly. The start of the pandemic reshaped the way businesses operated, making efficiency and adaptability more important than ever. Through this, there was an opportunity, not just to support businesses remotely, but to redefine the way they worked.

By providing seamless virtual assistance, she helped entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses stay organised, connected, and in control, even in the most uncertain times. When the world reopened, the clients were ready to move forward with confidence, and so was she.

Five years later, with a re-brand and business name change, Natasha (& the small but might team) continue to be the trusted partner behind the scenes, offering the same precision, professionalism, and proactive solutions that set us apart. Because, no matter how business evolves, the right support makes all the difference.

Oh, and why the name PinkPepperUK? Great question, it embodies the perfect balance of precision and boldness, much like the pink peppercorn itself.

 

Unlike traditional pepper, pink pepper is vibrant, unexpected, and adds just the right amount of spice, just like the way we approach business support. We believe that structure and efficiency don’t have to be dull. Our work is meticulous, but we bring energy, adaptability, and a fresh perspective to every task. The name reflects our commitment to offering services that are not only reliable and refined but also dynamic and forward-thinking.

With cross-industry experience and a background in executive assistant Natasha is swiss army knife of admin. Whether juggling schedules, streamlining workflows, or keeping things organised, she does it all with precision.  When she’s not managing operations, she’s keeping up with her sassy 7-year old!

Rates:  

Hourly: From £35 per hour

Retainer: POA (min 10 hours)

Payroll & Finance

With a strong background in payroll and finance, Shel ensures everything adds up perfectly. From managing accounts to keeping payroll on track, her expertise keeps businesses running smoothly. Precision, accuracy, and efficiency are at the core of everything she does.
